iFly Singapore is now officially the World’s Largest Indoor Skydiving Wind Tunnel; it has just been confirmed by the Guinness World Records.
iFly Singapore is a part of the global franchise of SkyVenture, which has over 32 tunnels in operation and under construction around the world. Measuring 16.5 feet in diameter with a flying height of 56.5 feet, the equivalent of five storeys, iFly Singapore is the world’s largest vertical wind tunnel.
The iFly Singapore’s vertical wind tunnel has an internal flying volume of 373.190 m³ (13,179.08 ft³), a height of 56.5ft and a diameter of 16.5ft making it the largest of its kind in the world. The volumes stated are the part of the wind tunnel in which simulated skydives can be made.
