PA300108In Singapore Budget Speech 2010, Finance Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam gave a piece of good news to travelers!

Travelers will be able to buy an additional liter of duty-free wine or beer in place of one liter of duty-free spirits. In other words, you can:

  • enjoy duty-free allowance of 2 liters of wine and 1 liter of beer, or
  • 2 liters of beer and 1 liter of wine.

Bloom Energy are producing tiny fuel cell boxes they call “Bloom Boxes.” Two small bloom boxes (each device isn’t much bigger than a standard brick) can power a U.S. home (and only one for homes in countries that use less power).
