From 15 May 2008, commuters at six HDB towns will be able to access integrated bus travel information from new Bus Services Maps that will provide fast and convenient information on bus and train services.
The Bus Services Map is an easy-to-use reference that has detailed information on all trunk and feeder bus routes plying from and within towns. The maps show how the bus services connect with each other, as well as with MRT and LRT stations and other landmarks. To give commuters greater convenience, the routes of all public bus services in each town are featured in the maps to provide commuters with an overview of the bus
and train connections within the town.
To be displayed on 1-metre by 1-metre sized panels, the maps will be installed at 54 bus shelters as well as bus interchanges and selected MRT and LRT stations in six HDB towns – Woodlands, Yishun, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok and Sembawang.
