New York Times reports a high performance compact camera from Samsung,
Samsung just announced four new point-and-shoot cameras, and the most interesting by far is the TL500, high-performance compact camera that has a very bright f/1.8 lens and a comparatively large image sensor. These two features should make it much easier to get good shots in low-lighting conditions.

The new IDA guidelines will apply to new or renewed contracts for all fixed-line, mobile and broadband services offered to consumers from 1 March 2010 onwards.
With these guidelines, the maximum contract period for all such services will not exceed 24 months. Consumers who sign on to contracts longer than three months and who terminate their contracts before the end of their contract period will no longer have to pay fixed early termination charges, but will see these charges decrease over time on a month-by-month basis as they serve out their contract. The new release from Dell is a low-priced laptop powered by an Intel processor and the Mobile Intel GS45 Express Chipset ICH9M-Enhanced. This product focuses on low cost and low power usage by making use of a power-efficient and ultra-low voltage CPU.
The processor can be either the ultra-low voltage Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 (1.3GHz, 3MB L2 cache), the Core 2 Solo SU3500 (1.4GHz, 3MB L2 cache) or the Intel Celeron 743 (1.2GHz, 1MB L2 cache). The laptop borders on netbook capabilities, but has a rather large screen for such products, namely a 13.3-inch diagonal LED-backlit HD Anti-glare, which has a maximum resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels.
