Recommend Information to sgcGO Users

You can recommend information to sgcGO readers by sending an email to:

admin [at] sgcgo [dot] com

Or, submit via contact form or Twitter (direct message @sgcgo). In addition, you can join sgcGO Facebook Fan page, and share there (irrelevant and low value information will be removed).

Submit Guest Post

You can send an article by email to sgcGO (email address above) and include in your email the following information and documents:

1. post in Word document (min 250 words)
2. relevant photos (optional)
3. your bio (within 250 characters)
4. your photo

Your submission will be reviewed and approved if identified as valuable information to Singapore online users.

Write for sgcGO

You can write for sgcGO in three simple steps upon receiving the invitation code:

1. Register here
2. Check the email address you put in registration form and click on the activation link
3. Login

In order to have a photo of yours to show with the your posts headline, you can upload a compressed square photo (recommended size no bigger than 100px x 100px) in “Your Profile” section on the left menu after login. Here is a tool you can optimize your photo.

Who can Contribute

• Readers. If you are a reader of sgcGo, share your expertise about anything that benefits local people in Singapore. We can set up your profile page so that everyone knows and appreciates your contribution.
• Bloggers. If you are a blogger, you can create some guest posts here to reach more readers and traffic for your blog. An author bio and a link to your blog (or website).

Differences from Sponsored Posts

User submit content, either by consumers, companies or ad / PR agencies, are pending approval once ready to publish; it is up to sgcGO to decide whether or not to publish the submitted posts depending on how valuable the post is to sgcGO readers. And, the submitted post may be edited according to our editorial guidelines.

A normal contributor can not have more than one sales or promotional post published per day.

Sponsored Posts

We allow sponsored posts (consumers oriented) with which a specified post will be published within 12 hours with quality editing from our editors (quality photos will be added).

Sponsored post can pick a date the advertisers wish to have the post published. Meta data will be provided by the editorial team as well.

Advertisers interested in sponsored posts simply need to send in a Word doc with relevant photos attached to admin [at] sgcgo.com. Payment upfront for the first time advertisers.

To all writers: Please only complete the post title, content area, and category for each post. Ignore all other options such as tags, post image, … Images are supposed to be inserted to the relevant position of each post in content area only.
