Delifrance Catering Terms & Conditions
- Orders to be made at least 1 working day in advance (except item I, J and O which requires 2 working days)
- You are required to fax in before 3.00pm from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
- Free delivery for orders above $100 from 9.00am to 5.00pm (no delivery from 12.00pm to 2.00pm).
- A $15.00 delivery fee is chargeable for orders less than $100, except to Jurong Island & Tuas area. A $30.00 delivery fee is chargeable for orders less than $100 to Jurong Island & Tuas area.
- All items are subject to availability.
- All prices are subject to prevailing GST.
- Confirmation is based on a first-come-first served basis.
- Full table set up is available only upon request at an extra charge.
- Payment by cash, credit card or cheque upon delivery (cheque to be made payable to : Délifrance Singapore Pte Ltd).
- Payment by Viva! Value Vouchers is not allowed for delivery orders.
- Any orders cancellation must be made within 2 working days (via phone), otherwise a penalty of 50% of the total bill will be charged.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Not valid for any further discounts, including VIP discount cards, vouchers and credit card discounts.
