Flight attendants can be our best friend during a flight as they help us, service us. They walk beside us again and again. There is a fun fact that Virgin Atlantic flight attendants walk, on average, 7 miles a flight. Do you ever wonder will they take a break during freight?
If so, where do they rest? How about the place? Will it the same like passenger cabin or not? If you are curious as i am, then here I will tell you where they sleep or rest, at least on some aircraft.
On the as-designed Boeing 787 Dreamliner, flight attendants can duck into a secret room to go to bed. The quarters actually look pretty spacious and comfy to us, even though we’ll probably never even get to see them in person. Though Boeing confirmed that crew rests do indeed exist and below is a picture of one, no other airlines reached for comment confirmed that these particular quarters are on their Dreamliner fleets.
Pilots also get the chance to sit back and relax on long flights, and their sleeping quarters don’t look bad either.
Over on the Boeing 777, the places are a little different as below.
So, how do you think about flight attendants’ resting place? Tell us what you want your place on the plane like to be below.
