Wilbur put together a nice post about how you can get your driving license under $1000!

Pass all your tests (basic, advanced, practical) in 1 attempt
Attend 20 practical lessons (1.5hrs, once per week. Choose off peak hours. Try at least 1 lesson of night driving)
Attend 2 circuit lessons (choose off peak hours, make sure you familiarize yourself there and make full use of it)

Seeing that we already happen to be discussing points regarding Get Driving License Under $1000 – sgcGo, In some people, the fear of driving is so acute that they might even refuse to sit in a car.
