Remember the story of Peter Drucker recounting the most important lesson he received?
20-year-old Drucker was a writer for a large afternoon daily in Frankfurt. He handed his first two editorials to his boss. His boss took one look at it and threw it back, “Peter, this is no good”. After three weeks, his boss called him in and said “Peter, if you don’t improve radically in the next three weeks, you’d better start looking for another job.”
Peter Drucker took the concept of ‘get good or get out‘ to heart and became the father of the ‘modern management’.
This week, let’s strive to get good and become utterly brilliant in our field!
