How to Back up any smartphone?

An excellent post at Gizmodo giving detailed instruction on how to back up any smartphone:

• symbian phones (both nokia and Samsung based symbian phones)

The most precious thing you don’t want to lose from your phone is all your contacts; maybe photos and videos as well. Doing a backup every month is necessary.
