mPAL – my cpf allows you to check your personal CPF information on the move!
To access mPAL – my cpf you will need to do a one-time download of the application onto your mobile phone. You will also need the following to use this service:
- CPF Account No. and 8-digit CPF Phone PIN
- GPRS Java-enabled mobile phone
- “WAP over GPRS settings” installed in your mobile phone
You may download the mPAL – my cpf application onto your mobile phone for FREE* by SMS or manual entry.
Step 1: Send an SMS to 74688 in the following format:
Step 2: You will receive an SMS. From that SMS, select http://foosti.sg/mpal.cpf.gov.sg (which you can access directly from your mobile browser).
Step 3: Subsequently, select “my cpf”.
You can get your CPF Phone PIN immediately on the CPF website (www.cpf.gov.sg) using SingPass. If you do not have a SingPass, you can also reset your Phone PIN at any CPF Service Centres personally with your NRIC or passport.
