old town white coffee

Haven’t tried Ipoh Old Town White Coffee yet in Singapore? Well, you definitely should.

The introduction of OLDTOWN White Coffee 3in1 Classic together with the original recipe from 1958 spearheaded a breakthrough in the coffee industry. The Company single-handedly captured the original authentic taste of an otherwise localized white coffee, turning it into a mobile commodity – a fast moving consumer good (FMCG), capturing the South East Asia market.

Don’t know what white coffee is? Listen carefully:

In English-speaking countries, “white coffee” is used to refer to regular black coffee that has had milk, cream or some other “whitener” added to it. Cream varieties (often called “creamers” in the U.S.), can be made of dairy milk, corn syrup derivatives, soy, or nut products. Sweeteners used include cane sugar or artificial ingredients.

In Malaysia, Ipoh white coffee refers to a drink made from coffee beans roasted in margarine. Find out more about white coffee.
