some reqested why to your hotel worker like unfriendly spoken i just call up to check whether other day can going to hotel michale new opening.
but your staff told me only that opening day only.
other day may not ender in.
why like that.

I’d like to ask some futher information about the free shuttle from changi to sentosa resort,
1. Do I have to booked before hand for this service?
2. Where at Changi exactly is the pick up point?
3. I’m going to stay at Hardrock hotel. Can this shuttle also drop me directly at the hotel?
