The F1 Night Race is coming back to Singapore and the excitement is revving up!
The Toto $9.7 million Night Race Draw is specially organised to celebrate the 2009 Singapore Night Race. The draw will be conducted on Friday, 25 September 2009, which marks the start of the Singapore Night Race. Customers can buy tickets for this special draw starting from Thursday, 17 September 2009, 6.10pm.
Look out for the $20 Speedy Pack which consists of Toto QuickPick System 7 and Motor Racing Series Scratchit! tickets.
A series of F1 road closures affecting the Marina Centre area will take place from 23 September 2009 to 29 September 2009 to facilitate the setting up and dismantling of the race infrastructure. You can view the map here.
The road closures for F1 will be implemented in phases to minimize disruption to the public. To ensure business continuity for establishments in the Marina Centre area, a limited number of pre-assigned passes have been given to the stakeholders to allow them access to their buildings via roads with restricted access control. The Top SingTel Grid Girl 2009 has been announced on MediaCorp’s Channel 5 on Monday. The 23-year-old Low Shu Min walked away with the title and S$20,000. The first runner-up, Constance Lau, won S$7,000 while second runner-up Cordelia Low walked away with S$3,000.

F1 Rocks is an all-new series of international live music and televisual extravaganzas, staged alongside the 2009/2010 Formula 1 calendar. F1 Rocks will result in a series of music events at grand prix locations.
The inaugural F1 Rocks series of events will take place around the 2009 Formula One SingTel Singapore Grand Prix, between the 24th and 26th Sep 2009, with live headline performances from BEYONCE, THE BLACK EYED PEAS, ZZ TOP, SIMPLE MINDS, N*E*R*D, JACKY CHEUNG + more acts to be announced. The show will also feature guest appearances from top Formula One drivers and celebrities.
