You can always visit a nearby shopping mall in Singapore to find a printing shop for a quick passport photo which probably takes time to develop the film.
The quickest way is to take instant passport photos; you can find those passport photo booth locations here:
- Jurong Entertainment Centre
- Clark Quay MRT
- Bukit Timah plaza
Note: make sure the booth or photo shop prints out the right sized photo for your passport or ID. For example, US visa application require a different size picture to the standard format from one required for Europe.

The collection of biometric Singapore passports and identity cards can now be done without having to queue at the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) Building.
Once you are notified to collect your Singapore passport, make an appointment using ICA e-Appointment service for a date and time that is convenient for you.
