Record Fall in Singapore’s Property Price Index

via Property Report, The price index dropped from 162.8 points in the last quarter to 139.9 points in the first quarter largely due to great price declines in the core central and rest of central regions, where the price index for both areas have fallen by 16.2 percent and 17.0 percent respectively.
