The Top SingTel Grid Girl 2009 has been announced on MediaCorp’s Channel 5 on Monday. The 23-year-old Low Shu Min walked away with the title and S$20,000. The first runner-up, Constance Lau, won S$7,000 while second runner-up Cordelia Low walked away with S$3,000.
